Meet Cirrus Vodka

In April, 2023 we partnered with Cirrus Vodka from Richmond, Va., to craft cocktails for our orchard dinner. Their premium, triple-distilled vodka is made from potatoes sourced from small family farms in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and upstate New York–another fitting connection. Potatoes make a smoother, more full-bodied vodka with a sweeter, creamier profile that worked perfectly with our drink menu. The cocktail hour featured a Tomato Collins with the unique and tart combination of vodka, tomatoes, and grapefruit; an Elderflower Spritz with vodka, St. Germain, fresh lemon, and topped with cava; and a stunning Sakura Martini with vodka, sake, cherry liqueur, and salted cherry blossom. We finished the night with homemade Limoncello made with Cirrus Vodka and organic lemons.

If you’re in the Richmond area, stop by their Scott’s Addition tasting room and enjoy handcrafted cocktails and outdoor pup-friendly patio. They often have live music and food trucks onsite so check their social media and website for schedules. And if you happen to be there on a Sunday, they’ve got a build your own bloody mary bar!
