We are thrilled to welcome you back to our table! We certainly would never have predicted that our NYE 2019 party would be the last time we would see you all for 3 years. After many conversations and lots of encouragement, we are ready to bring back Sub Rosa in 2023!

Joining us for a Sub Rosa event means you are part of an exclusive one-night, pop-up dinner experience in a unique or unusual space. Dinner events always start with cocktails, include at least five courses of food and wine pairings, and end with coffee, plus a few surprises sprinkled in.

The location of beautifully curated spaces within 25 miles of Harrisonburg, Virginia will be revealed to ticket holders just 24 hours in advance of each dinner. For more details, check out our About page.

Important Updates

New in 2023! We will have one ticket release day that gives you access to purchase tickets for any or all of the four event dates. Tickets will go on sale to our members only on December 9 at 12 noon. We will not have other releases for tickets so be prepared to act quickly on your selected date/s as these tickets always go fast.

Details

As in the past, purchases are limited to 2 tickets per event. Cost is $175 per person and appropriate for ages 21+. Each dinner is different and carefully curated to highlight what is local, in season and aligned with that evening’s inspiration. While this information is not released prior to your arrival, you can check out our previous events to get an idea of what you can look forward to. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions if you let us know in advance.
